Construction is almost complete on a new manufacturing facility that will double our fabrication, painting and shipping capabilities. There is plenty of space surrounding the current building complex, but the area is almost entirely protected wetland, therefore the new construction is a block away. This new fabrication facility is located at 136 Mason Drive and will be working seamlessly with the Main Street facility. Pioneer Construction has been working diligently and progressed quickly with the construction. New equipment is already arriving and being installed. The construction will be finished in December 2017 and we will be fully operational at the new building January 2nd, 2018. We’ve been blessed with steady growth over the last 5 years and are approaching $20 million in annual sales. With the new facility, we will have a total of 87,000 ft² of manufacturing space to support our continued growth.
