The open house was a great success! Thank you to everyone for all your hard work helping us get clean, organized and ready to show off our new facility. It was great to see so many family and friends there and to see the pride everyone had in their work!

Special thanks to our neighbor and go-to logistics partner Paul, from Big Bear Logistics. He showed us all exactly how amazing pulled pork tastes when you slow roast it for 24 hours. Wow! Let’s just say there are no leftovers.
